MelRok is Moving Away From Static Energy Analytics
MelRok, LLC was recently issued a patent relating to a self-driving building energy engine.
Current energy and greenhouse gas measurement and verification protocols rely on outdated methods, requiring “walk around and observe” style audits. These protocols are based on static analytics, often producing inaccurate results.
MelRok’s patent solves this issue through the creation of a system to dynamically assess the energy sustainability of a facility, including identifying areas of wasted energy.
MelRok, founded in 2008, is the developer of an Energy IoT data transport, analytics, and control platform. Its platform is deployed across the United States in college campuses and retail stores, and many other locations worldwide.
