USPTO Delivers More Power to Fullpower’s Patent Portfolio
Recently, the USPTO issued Fullpower® Technologies, a cloud-based IoT and wearable technology developer for activity tracking and sleep monitoring, three new patents for its biosensing platform. The issued patents (U.S. Pat. No. 11,253,079, U.S. Pat. No. 11,344,460, and U.S. Pat. No. 11,382,534) disclose a multi-zone adjustable bed, a controlled sleep surface, and a sleep detection and analysis system, respectively.
Given its existing partnerships with Nike® and Tempur-Pedic®, the Fullpower®-AI platform is a vetted commodity with auxiliary inertia and coverage from the new USPTO issuances. The President of Digital Sports at Nike stated, “[w]e took great care in evaluating sensing technologies and found the Fullpower®-AI technology platform to be superior.” The USPTO issued Fullpower® its most recent patent, the ‘534 patent, on July 12, 2022, expanding Fullpower’s IP portfolio to well over 135 patents.
The three issued patents provide consumer sleep solutions and are expected to integrate with Fullpower’s Sleeptracker-AI® platform.
