Deep Instinct Extends Cyber Reach
Founded in 2015, Deep Instinct made headlines earlier this year when they announced a partnership with HP. Now, they are going even further. The company has continued to invest in this technology, and their third patent document in this family was recently published. Deep Instinct is making headlines again, as they have recently added support for Chrome OS, creating added security possibilities for one of the fastest growing computers on the market – the Chromebook. Chromebook Sales increased by 23% in Q4 from 2017 to 2018 and continue to rely on the American K-12 market. It will be interesting to see if Deep Instinct files for more patents regarding use on devices such as these, or if it even branches out into mobile phones as well.
