Shopping for luxury vehicles in a sustainable building
The indiGO Auto Group has selected Renova Energy to install a SunPower Helix Dual Tilt solar system on its new Porsche dealership. The LEED-certified building will allow future owners of Taycan—Porsche’s first all-electric vehicle—to charge their cars with solar energy. SunPower has many documents in the Thin Film Photovoltaics sector, the most recent application of which is directed to a high efficiency configuration for a string of solar cells. Its impressive patent portfolio sheds light on why it was chosen for this project and why the founder/CEO of indiGO Auto Group called its product “the world’s best panel.”
