Glycosynth Making Tentative Steps into Pandemic Arena
Glycosynth Ltd. is a UK-based manufacturer of enzyme substrates. While other companies have pulled far and ahead in the pandemic game, Glycosynth has stayed relatively quiet till 2021. Despite 30 years in industrial sciences, it is not likely they will branch out into management due to their focus on product development. On the other hand, giants such as Gilead Sciences and Honeywell have been making strides toward other sectors recently.
As the pandemic slows, other large companies are making steps to firmly insert themselves into the management and data sectors. Small and mid-size companies also seem to be following suit. Time will tell if Glycosynth’s concerted efforts will pay off or be marked as a lost opportunity.
